Here’s a secret: I took a big risk when I launched my business.
The Butterfly Effect was born from a choice between living in a comfortable cocoon or breaking free and learning how to fly. At the time, I had a fixed-term contract as a Social Media Manager of a luxury hotel chain. But something didn’t feel right. I wanted to be free to build something that was mine, while empowering other entrepreneurs.
The decision was almost instantaneous, and I took the leap without knowing where I would land. I trusted that something incredible was waiting for me on the other side.
Almost 2 years later, I am still ecstatic with my decision, and incredible opportunities continue to unfold. I am living proof that you can absolutely turn your passion into a profitable business.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
I was born and raised in The Bronx, but Italy has been my home since 2011. As a child, my dream was to live at the Metropolitan Museum of Art – and who are we kidding, it’s still my dream today.
In my free time, you can catch me experimenting with different forms of meditation, making vision boards, and volunteering with the Global Shapers (initiative of the World Economic Forum).
